On the Fly IDV Signing for a Secure and Seamless Signing Experience

Objective: To enhance the signing process by allowing signers to use their own identity during signing, while maintaining a high level of security and verification.

Signhost is already integrated with multiple EID systems to enable signers to use their existing identities as proof of their identity during the signing process.

For signers who do not have access to an EID, we will provide them with the option of using our on-the-go identity verification (IDV) feature. This will allow signers to securely verify their identity using various methods such as biometric verification, government-issued IDs, and facial recognition, to ensure the authenticity of the signer.

Seamless Integration with Signhost: The On the Fly IDV feature will be seamlessly integrated with our existing signing platform, Signhost, to provide a cohesive and streamlined experience for both signers and signees. This will also ensure a high level of security throughout the entire signing process, from identity verification to document signing.

User-Friendly Interface: We understand the importance of a user-friendly interface for our signers. Therefore, our roadmap also includes the development of a user-friendly interface for On the Fly IDV signing. This will make the process smoother and more accessible for users of all technical levels.

We are also working on a on-the-fly Qualified solution for when customers need a signature on the highest level of assurance. This is a separate roadmap item.
