Sign batches v2

We will provide better automated filtering and combining to our sign batches functionality. That will mean that the transactions in the signing book are displayed in the order of creation. Furthermore we will do more thourough filtering of verification contents, so that we will not try to combine transactions where for example the phone number or scribble name differs.
