Signhost Signature Logo Rebranding

Summary

We are rebranding our signature logo to Signhost. This change will take effect on November 22, 2023. This brings our logo more in line with our Signhost product name and the improved portal look and feel we are working on.

Details

• The new logo will be used on all electronic signatures and seals created after November 22, 2023.

• Documents with multiple signers, where some signed before November 22 and some after, may contain both the old and new signature logo.

• The logo image has no impact on the underlying certificate, timestamp, and identification methods used to prove a valid signature.

Impact

The rebranding of our signature logo will not affect the validity of your signatures or seals. You will continue to be able to sign and seal documents with the same level of trust and security. All the signatures and seals placed from November 22 will contain the logo on the left, the old one on the right will no longer be in use.
